Terms of use

The ground rules.

Last updated October 27, 2026

1. About Pulse BTC

Pulse BTC is an information site about Bitcoin, operated from Ontario, Canada. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

Everything here is general information only. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Do your own research and talk to a professional before making decisions.

3. Third-party data

Live figures come from third-party providers: mempool.space, CoinGecko, TradingView, U.S. Treasury FiscalData, Frankfurter and, when enabled, the FRED® API. This data is provided “as is” and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.

Neither Pulse BTC nor these providers, including CoinGecko, are liable for errors, delays or interruptions in this data, or for any decision made on the basis of it.

Price data powered by CoinGecko.

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. By using this site you also agree to the FRED® API Terms of Use.

4. External content and links

News headlines come from their publishers’ public feeds (CoinDesk, Bitcoin Magazine, Hacker News, Bitcoin Core) and link to the original article. That content belongs to its owners. Pulse BTC is not responsible for external sites.

5. Safety

Pulse BTC will never ask for your private keys, recovery phrase or a payment — not on this site, by email or by direct message. Anyone doing so in our name is a scammer.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Pulse BTC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.

7. Your information

This site does not ask you for any personal information: there are no accounts and no newsletter signup at this time.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the service. We use cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits without building personal profiles.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
